Line Post Insulator

The Polymer Line Post Insulator type MLP is designed for the fixation and support of transmission network cables up to 230kV.

Composed of an epoxy resin core with high-temperature-resistant fiberglass, encased in an HTV silicone rubber compound, which is secured to the connection fittings through radial compression with ultrasonic control to prevent core fractures.

We maintain high standards of quality and strict control over raw materials, with validations conducted through tests performed in both external and internal laboratories.

CHARACTERISTICS

- HTV Silicone compound free of EPDM and its alloys, with HC1 hydrophobicity and high resistance to ultraviolet (UV) radiation and weather conditions.
- Designed to ensure excellent performance against the electric field and complete sealing of interfaces.
- Advanced direct injection process preventing partial discharges and tracking.
- Vandal-resistant insulators.
- Light gray color, minimizing visual impact and contributing to the integration of power lines with local wildlife.
